The Founder of Get Sales

Jean is the Founder of Get Sales, a results-driven sales agency established to help brands grow through disciplined sales execution and strong on-ground presence across Sabah.

With over 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, Jean has built, led, and scaled high-performing sales teams across multiple industries, including retail, electronics, telecommunications, hospitality, and direct sales. Prior to establishing Get Sales, Jean led and managed regional sales teams at COURTS across the Sabah region, where he gained hands-on experience in managing sales operations, coaching teams, and driving consistent revenue performance.

Jean founded Get Sales after identifying a recurring gap in the market, businesses were investing in marketing but lacked a reliable system to convert interest into real customers. At the same time, many individuals were seeking flexible work opportunities but had no structured platform to learn professional sales skills.

Through Get Sales, Jean focuses on building performance-based sales systems, developing local talents into sales leaders, and creating win-win partnerships where clients only pay for results. His leadership philosophy is rooted in accountability, practical execution, and long-term relationship building.
